No we can arrange a payment plan for you to ensure it is suitable and affordable for you. You can do this online via our direct debit option; or if you would like to discuss what options are available to you call us on 01302 554261 Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm.

All of our policies are purchased either online or over the telephone; where a policy is purchased online you have ticked to confirm you have read and understood our terms of business. Where a policy is purchased over the phone you are advised that policies are purchased on a limited disclosure basis and full policy terms are sent out in writing to which you are then asked if you are happy to proceed with the policy.

Your credit score may be affected if you fail to make payment or arrange and maintain an instalment plan.

One Call Insurance Services Limited will escalate the debt owed by means of court if necessary; we would much rather avoid issuing court proceedings, however if the matter isn’t resolved we may have no alternative.
